Personal Training

Often, we can all use a little help and guidance from an expert. This is especially true if you have specific needs, goals or it has been some time since you last exercised regularly. We highly recommend that new members participate in some personal training and provide a no obligation introductory session as part of your membership package.

More experienced and active exercisers will find value in consulting with a trainer periodically. A good trainer will help evaluate your progress, continue to motivate and make necessary changes to your program.

Erin Porter

Erin has experience in training individuals of all ages and fitness levels. she applies the core strength, postural alignment and balance priciples of Pilates to personalize each fitness program. She beleives that a healthy exercise program is one that includes cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and balance. Erin can help your goals and keep you motivated to reach your fitness potential.

Teresa Ashworth

Teresa is the Fitness Director at Windsor Squash & Fitness Club. She has more than thirty years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Teresa is a Certified Personal Trainer and one of the areas most respected Group Fitness instructors. She uses her extensive experience to train individuals for sport specific events. She creates innovative programs for experienced athletes and for those new to training.

Terese Mingay

Terese Mingay is a Certified Personal Trainer that looks forward to training people of all ages and interests. Terese is from Sweden and has been in Canada for five years. Terese is positive, energetic and can help you meet your training objectives and goals.
